Computer time slips are CUT IN HALF and given only to the racer IN THE CAR.

It's easy - your vehicle must be currently licensed (not expired) to drive on the street and you must have a valid drivers license.  No slicks. You must have mufflers and street legal tires.  See Rules Section for specific class details.
